Ingredients ½ kg Chicken Boneless
2 Spring onion
2 Eggs
4 Green chilies
6 cloves Garlic
1 cup Golden bread crumbs
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Mustard paste
2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp Chinese salt
Dalda Cooking Oil to fry
Method In chopper put together ½ kg boneless chicken, 2 spring onion, 4 green chilies, 2 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp Chinese salt and 6 garlic cloves. Now chop the mixture well.
Add 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp mustard paste. Mix well and make nuggets with the mixture.
Now dip in beaten eggs, coat golden bread crumbs and deep fry in hot Dalda Cooking oil.
